Marching band competition season underway

Dell Rapids Marching Band Tammy Chamley | Editor Downtown Parker, South Dakota was lined with marching bands from around the area to kick-off the competition season for both the Dell Rapids Quarriers and St. Mary Cardinals on Friday, September 16.
